A couple of reminders...
The end of the week performance will be at 5:10 pm on Friday, followed immediately afterwards by our annual potluck dinner. Below are what we ask each grade level bring to share.
Seniors - Main Dish
Juniors - Side Dish
Sophomores - Drinks
Freshman - Cups, Plates, Silverware, & Napkins
Finally, if you haven't received information on the trip to Germany in June, please check your e-mail registered with Skyward. I'll be briefing you all during dinner on Friday.

Happy Summer!
Greetings to all 2016-2017 band members! The marching band music is now posted for the fall season. Your section leaders will call you with the password to access it. Please print all of your parts and start practicing. In the next couple days we will also have audio links to the halftime music, as well as your charts for the marching show.
As a reminder, band camp 2016 is August 1-5 at the high school from 8am-5pm. This a MANDATORY event. You are all expected to be in attendance.
Newcomers, you should be receiving a call from your big brother/big sister in the program this week as well. They can help to answer an questions you may have about the upcoming year.

Everyone went bowling tonight to end day two. The winning team was lane 13 who averaged 98. The last place team came in with a 71. Overall average was 82 and the high score was 129.
(This is why we don't have a bowling team....)

Finalized Itinerary for NYC - Concert Wednesday
Just a reminder to all that we have our March Concert Wednesday night, March 9th. The bands begin 10 minutes after the conclusion of the choirs, which start at 7 PM. We should begin at approx. 8 PM. Come early and hear the Madrigals, Concert Choir, and junior high vocalists!

Purdue Information:
Our performance time is 3 PM CST, 4 pm at Purdue. Remember Purdue is on Eastern!!!!
We will be watching the performance at 6 pm EST, and then
loading the buses and heading home.
While we can’t predict the departure exactly, I would estimate our
arrival home between 9 and 10 PM.
Students should bring money for lunch and dinner with
them. Food is available on campus for lunch, and
we will grab food on the way home as well.
I will be posting pictures and updates all day on the
blog. Remember you will not get separate
e-mails for each post, so please check back regularly!

DRESS CODE: All Black, Men (or Women…) in ties of any color please!

Lincoln-Way Central High School is located at 1801 East Lincoln Highway, New Lenox,
IL 60451.
ADMISSION: Admission price to the 2016 festival: $5 for adults, $3 for junior high/high school students
(with ID) and seniors. Children ten and under are free.

full band photo (professional). These

for $15 for an 8 x 10.

food available for purchase. $5 “Meal
